History

Salzgitter Maschinenbau AG was started in the year 1919. The company was originally founded by an engineer Anton Raky. Raky was a pioneer in oil drilling and modern drilling technology. The company's first name was Anton Raky, Tiefbohrungen in Salzgitter.
