Employers are responsible for making sure that all employees who are utilizing the forklift are properly trained in safety and risks. Never let anybody on a forklift who isn't properly trained to utilize the forklift. Your business must develop and post in a place which is visible all forklift safety measures.
Staff must have a positive attitude when they go through training, rather than doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer should help staff understand the significance of correct training. Let them understand that they could kill or injure not only themselves, but other individuals, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make certain that your workers go through training seriously.
